Are your bots doing the same job? Have Grok Bot audit your whole team for duplicate routines

How to do it

   Pick one bot to be the auditor

   Paste the prompt below into any bot's chat. The first line says it plainly: read-only, change nothing.

   Paste the author's audit prompt

   It lists its own routines, asks the other bots, then opens similar routines' instructions to compare.

   Audit my Grok Bot team for duplicate routines. Read-only: don't change anything. 1. List all your routines: name, schedule (in my time zone), and one line on what it checks or produces. 2. Message every other bot of mine and ask them to reply with the same list, and tell them not to change anything. Mark any bot that doesn't reply as "unconfirmed". 3. For routines that look similar, open their saved instructions and compare what they actually do, not just the names. 4. Flag routines that pull the same data, check the same thing, or run on the same source within an hour of each other. 5. Also flag routines that run more often than the job needs. Give me a short table: routine, which bot, where it overlaps, your recommendation (keep, merge or delete) and what it would save. Don't change anything until I say yes.

   Once the recommendations look right, ask the right bot to merge or delete each routine. For bots that didn't reply, ask again in their own chat.
