Skip the 100 articles: Grok Bot runs three small SEO jobs a week and waits for your approval before anything goes live

The author splits SEO into three Grok Bot skills: find questions people ask that his site doesn't answer yet, draft pages to fill the gap, and check broken links and page speed. A weekly routine runs them in order, and nothing goes live until he approves it.

The problem

A lot of AI SEO is one prompt: "write 100 articles," then hope Google likes them.

What to prepare

  • Your website

How to do it

  1. 1

    Give each skill three parts

What to do, how to check the result, and when to stop and ask you. Write all three skills this way.

  2. 2

    Skill 1: find the questions

Find what people ask on Google and Reddit that your site doesn't answer yet.

    Prompt

Replace the 2 ✎ dashed parts with your own details, then copy.

Create a skill called "SEO find". What to do: search Google and Reddit for questions about your topic, e.g. tax software (sample, replace with yours), compare them with my site URL (sample, replace with yours), and list 5 questions my site doesn't answer yet, each with a source link. Check: every question needs a real source; don't make any up. Stop and ask me: when the questions have nothing to do with my business.
  3. 3

    Skill 2: draft the page

Read what already ranks, then draft a page that covers what those pages miss. Save it as a draft only; don't publish.

    Prompt
  4. 4

    Skill 3: check the site

Each week, check broken links, the sitemap and page speed. List the problems for you; don't change the site yourself.

  5. 5

One routine runs them in order and waits for you

Schedule a weekly routine that runs the three skills in order and sends you one list at the end. Only drafts you approve get published.

    Prompt

Replace the 1 ✎ dashed part with your own details, then copy.

Every Monday at 9 a.m. (sample, replace with yours), run "SEO find", "SEO draft" and "SEO site check" in that order. When they're done, send me one list: new drafts with links, and site problems. Don't publish or change anything until I reply to approve.
