    Do it once by hand first

    Paste three newsletters into an AI and settle the script length and tone you like.

    Copy the prompt below and replace the examples with your own details before sending.

    Chain it into a nightly flow

    Trigger: daily at 5:00 am → read new mail under the label → AI summary → text to speech → save to cloud storage or email yourself.

    Add a stop condition and a log

    No new mail, no episode. Log one line per run and notify yourself on failure.
