Plan a week of social posts with AI, then make images in Canva

How to do it

1. 1

   Write down the facts you can't get wrong this week

   Shop name, what you're selling this week, any discounts, which day you're closed, whether you deliver. Five minutes.

2. 2

   Ask for all seven at once, and don't sell every day

   Have it use fixed fields so you can cut easily. If you're closed Wednesday, that post can only say you're closed.

   Plan the next 7 days of Instagram posts for an independent coffee shop in Portland, in English. Shop facts (don't add selling points beyond these): - Name: Corner Lab - Focus: pour-over, only two beans per season - No discounts this week - Closed Wednesday - Located downtown, no delivery Output 7 posts with these fields: Day, topic, first line (don't use "Did you know"), caption (under 50 words), what this post wants people to do (visit / see the menu / nothing, pick one), image direction (one sentence) Limits: - Don't sell beans every day - Don't write "best in town" or "soul-soothing" - Wednesday must say plainly that we're closed - Write like someone who works in the shop, not an ad agency
3. 3

   Pick three to illustrate, and say what must not appear

   You don't need a new image for all seven. Pick the three that need one most.

   Before scheduling, cut promises you haven't made

   Search the captions for "free," "best," "healing" and "delivery." If it isn't in this week's facts, delete the whole sentence.
