Have AI audit your week and find what to automate

You feel like you repeat the same work every day but don't know what to automate first. Give ChatGPT or Claude your weekly tasks, current tools and pain points, and have it rank quick wins and what not to automate.

Start step 1 ↓

The problem

You know some work could go to Zapier, Make or n8n, but you get stuck as soon as you open the setup screen: what should you automate first? What shouldn't be automated at all?

What to prepare

  • Your own weekly task list

How to do it

  1. 1

Write three blocks of facts before opening the chat

Don't ask "what should I automate?" cold. Write down your weekly tasks, your tools and your pain points first.

  2. 2

    Paste the audit prompt

Fill the three blocks into the prompt. It asks for an automation audit, quick wins, medium projects, what to delegate, what not to automate and an order to do it in.

    Prompt
  3. 3

Pick one quick win as this week's experiment

Treat the full report as a map. This week, pick just one suggestion that takes under half an hour to set up and actually do it.

  4. 4

Check it didn't invent work you don't do

Check that tool names are from your list, weekly hours aren't inflated and nothing you do occasionally became "daily." Delete rows that don't match instead of accepting everything.
